Required Documents

A comprehensive guide to the documents you need to prepare and upload during the TUEE registration process.

1. Photo and Signature

You need to upload clear, scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph and your official signature. 💡 Tip: If you need to easily crop, compress, or resize your images to meet the portal requirements, you can use Tinywow Image tools for free.

2. Income Certificate

If applicable, your Income Certificate must be officially obtained from your local Circle Office.

  • The income certificate should be for the financial year 2026–2027.
  • Income certificate is mandatory for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, and General-EWS candidates.
  • If you do not have the certificate at the time of registration, you may submit an undertaking temporarily.

Important Notes

  • General category candidates do not need to submit an income certificate at the time of admission (document verification); the undertaking will be sufficient.
  • SC, ST, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates are not strictly required to submit the income certificate at admission, but it is strongly recommended to apply for and keep it ready in case it is needed or if you plan to apply for scholarships or fee waiver schemes later on.

3. Class X and XII Marksheets & Certificates

You will need your 10th and 12th board marksheets and certificates. 💡 Tip: If you need to edit these files or merge both the certificate and marksheet into a single document, you can use TinyWow PDF Tools.

4. Graduation Results

You are required to upload your undergraduate marksheets based on your current status:

  • General Rule: You need to create a securely merged single PDF containing all your previous semester results.
  • If 6th Sem Result is Awaited: You might need to get an official clarification (certificate/letter) from your university stating that you have successfully passed in all the previous semesters.
  • If you have Backlogs: If you have active backlogs and the updated result is still not declared, you must attach sequence-wise all marksheets, including the backlog grade sheets.

💡 Tip: Once you have all the individual sheets scanned, you can easily use TinyWow PDF Tools to create/merge them into a single PDF.

5. Caste Certificate

If applying under reserved categories (OBC-NCL, SC, ST, EWS), you must upload your caste/category certificate.

  • The Central Government format is highly preferred for OBC-NCL & SC/ST, although exact explicit guidelines are not given on the portal. It is always safest to prepare the central format.
  • For EWS both the State Government format & Central Government Format are accepted.

6. Anti-Ragging Affidavit

An Anti-Ragging document is actively required for the application process. View instructions to generate your Anti-Ragging Affidavit

7. Gap Affidavit

If you have graduated a year or more prior to taking admission to TU, you are required to upload a Gap Affidavit.

What to include in the Gap Affidavit?

The affidavit should explain the reasons for the gap between your graduation and admission to the MCA program. It must be on a stamp paper and notarized/certified.
